Deactivate/Reactivate account

To deactivate your Quizizz account, click the 'Delete' button from the settings page. Enter the email address associated with your Quizizz account to receive the link to delete/deactivate your account. 

To reactivate your Quizizz account, click this link and enter the email address associated with the deactivated Quizizz account to receive the reactivation link to your inbox.

Note:

1. If you haven't received the reactivation/deactivation link, the email might be deferred by your server. Check with your network administrator for receiving emails from Quizizz.
2. In some schools, the students do not have the capability of receiving emails outside their school. In this case, please click on the Leave us a message button. Mention Reactivation link as the subject title followed by the email of the student in the description box. We will send a reactivation link to you.
3. In the case of password reset link, please mention Password reset as the subject title followed by the email of the student in the description box.
